PSA’s Time Management enables versatile hour entry methods, an approval process, tracking of hour balances, notifications, and reporting tools that allow staff, supervisors, and project managers to effectively manage, track, and invoice working hours. The time management tools improve the accuracy and timeliness of hour entries, supporting project tracking.

Settings and permissions
- Time Management Permissions can be customized by role: log, approve or modify/delete hours. This allows, for example, project managers to monitor the working hours of the project team.
- Time Tracker Settings can be configured according to the company's needs, e.g., whether hours need to be approved before invoicing and whether editing of old time entries is allowed.
Hour entry methods
Hours can be tracked in several different ways:

- from the calendar by drawing or dragging
- as a bulk entry for multiple days at once
- using the start/stop clock
- from the mobile app
- for the integrated calendar event
Hour entry notifications
Notifications within the program or via email help staff and supervisors to manage hour entries and related actions.

Hour entry statuses
Tracking hour balances
Work hours accumulation can be tracked using balances.
- Hour balance is automatically formed from hours that exceed or fall short of the expected working time.
- Overtime hours are marked by the user as overtime.

The software offers extensive possibilities for reporting hours.
