We updated Heeros PSA to a new version on Wednesday 27.08.2025. Here's what was fixed and improved:
Intelligent hour entries 🤖
Heeros PSA is now more intelligent than ever! You no longer have to create the same recurring entries manually every time – new intelligent hour suggestions are here to help. Just hit accept and you'll be done with tracking your hours in no time. Read more here.
Lunch time deduction 🍽️
You can now choose to deduct your lunch break from your hour entries! Simply set your default lunch time in your profile settings, and when tracking hours you can choose whether to leave the lunch break portion blank. You can also adjust the lunch time for each individual entry. Read more here.
Other improvements and fixes
Projects
- Updating the project sales pipeline stage now works correctly, even if some of the required custom field data is missing from the project.
- The statuses of closed projects are now displayed correctly also in the account card’s financial report project listing.
Invoicing
- The amounts of invoices added without material are now displayed correctly in the new reports as well as on the account card.
- The selected material time range from the mass invoicing list is now carried over correctly to the sales invoice creation view when selecting “Create regular invoice” from the row.
- The “Previously invoiced” amount is now displayed correctly also on invoices that include multiple projects.
- The accounting view now shows row amounts in the correct invoice currency.
General UI/UX
- Quick search now includes more “Go to” navigation options.
- The “Tag creation only in settings” option is now respected in all tag fields.
- The white background color of the “Sender” and “Receiver” fields on the cover page of the proposal is now hidden from the print.
Integrations
- The language selection of a sales invoice is now transferred correctly in the Fennoa integration.
- In the Talenom integration settings, it is now possible to choose the sending method for email invoices: link or email attachment.
- Projects added in Heeros PSA can now be selected for automatic transfer to Talenom for dimensioning.
- Projects added in Heeros PSA can now be selected for automatic transfer to Fennoa for dimensioning.
- Dimension data is now transferred correctly with invoices when the Fennoa integration is in use.
- In the Fennoa integration, fetching purchase invoices can now be activated.
