We updated Heeros PSA to a new version on Thursday 05.06.2025. Here's what was fixed and improved:
New: Copy hour entry 🗓️
Copying hour entries is now possible in the Heeros PSA calendar view – just click the copy icon that appears on top of an entry, and you can choose the correct time and update any other relevant details. Read more here.

Time tracking
- A search bar has been added to the previous entries list.
Projects
- When editing a project’s value in the “Revenue Recognition” view, it is now possible to enter decimal values correctly.
New reports

Filters now correctly support account and project custom field values.

A column for the parent project number has been added for subprojects.

Totals are now calculated for percentage columns where the value is the ratio of two other columns.

If project won/lost reasons are in use, corresponding columns are now shown in the new reports.
General UI/UX
- The “Archived” column of the jobtype list under settings has been moved to its correct position on the right side of the list.
Contacts
- When changing the account for a contact, it is now possible to also update the contact’s address to match the new account's address.
Integrations
- When invoices are sent to Heeros Sales Invoices, their sending status is now checked every 15 minutes instead of half an hour.
