Description

You can create a sales quote and use it to make purchase order. This way you don't need to add all details again. If you wish you can only add rows wanted on the purchase order.  

Permissions: Sales Quotes, Invoicing

Versions: Free, Growth, Business, Enterprise, Enterprise+

 Adding purchase order to sales quote

Add all information from sales quote to purchase order:

1. Navigate to Projects/ All | Pipeline | Won Deals | Internal projects > (Chosen project) > Sales > Quote

2. Choose Create purchase order from options dropdown menu
    All data will transfer from quote to invoice. If some rows have been added earlier, only the new ones are added.

3. Edit purchase order if needed
4. Click Save

Adding purchase order to sales quote row by row

Add chosen rows to purchase order:

1. Navigate to Projects/ All | Pipeline | Won Deals | Internal projects > (Chosen project) > Sales > Quote
2. Choose the rows you want to add and click Create purchase order
   
3. Edit purchase order if needed
4. Click Save

Rows added to the purchase order are shown with blue tag in column added on purchase order. You can see the column from columns menu.
