There is a separate add-on available for quotes, which allows you to add refund quotes and then credit invoices for the invoices generated previously from that quote. If you need this feature, please contact our application support.

Add Refund Quote
You can create a refund quote for the generated quote, which allows you to manage project financial reporting and create credit invoices for the invoices generated previously from that quote.
- Click Options.
- Select Add new refund quote → You will get a new quote, which is a negative quote and named as refund quote.
- Complete the information for the products and lines to be credited on the refund quote.
- Save.
Adding Credit Invoice from Refund Quote
You can also generate credit invoices from the refund quote, for invoices that where previously generated from original quote.
- Click Options on the quote.
- Select Create Invoice.
- Complete the necessary invoice details.
- Save as a waiting invoice or draft.
→ The status of the refund quote will be changed as Invoiced.
