In PSA, the same project goes through different sales stages from creation to closure. So, you can create a project for a lead, add a quote (offer), and mark the project as won when the customer accepts your offer. With the project won, it moves to the 'Won Projects' sales pipeline. If the quote is not accepted, you can mark the project as lost, and its status changes to lost You can choose the reason for winning or losing the project with comments, and view or edit this from the project information later. The reasons for winning and losing are defined in the feature settings.
