By marking the project as won, the project moves to the Won projects. The status of a lost project changes to closed. You can choose the reason for winning or losing the project with comments, and view or edit this from the project information later. The reasons for winning and losing are defined in the settings

Marking the project as won
The transfer to the Won deals pipeline can be done in several views:
- In the project card
- In the project list view
- In the Kanban view
The Funnel field of the project card
- Click the drop-down menu in the Funnel field.
- Select Won Deal from the drop down menu.

By changing the project to won, a window opens where you can select the reason for winning the project and comment on it.
- Select a reason from the drop-down menu.
- Add a comment
- Click Save.
After saving, the project moves to the Won deals pipeline, and the project's information shows the new fields:
- Won reason
- Won comment
Closing the project as lost
Unlike winning a project, closing a project as lost does not change the project's pipeline, but only changes the project's status to closed. If the project is lost, you can close the project:
- In the project card
- In the project list view
- In the Kanban view

- Select Close as lost

Closing the project as lost opens a new window.
- Click Archive to confirm closing the project.
- If a reason for lost projects is selected in the settings, select the reason, add a comment and Save.
After saving, the new fields appear in the project's information:
- Lost reason
- Lost comment
