You may log in to your Heeros PSA setup at psa.heeros.com. Each user of your organization must have their own username and password to log in, do not use shared accounts. If you have problems with log in, please reference our Did You Forget Your Username or Password? - article.
You may significantly improve the security of your account by turning on two-factor authentication. Once two-factor authentication has been turned on, you must authenticate each login with a single-use code sent to an authenticator application of your choice in addition to providing the correct password for your user account. Two-factor authentication is an important tool to ensure that only you have access to your account in case your password is compromised. Turning on two-factor authentication is user account specific, and must be activated through My profile settings for each user account.
You may also log in via SSO, or single sign-on. If your organization uses any Microsoft account, and has enabled SSO functionality, you may log in to multiple applications via SSO, including Heeros PSA.

Log in to Heeros PSA
- Access the address psa.heeros.com.
If you already know your company's account ID, you may navigate directly to your company login page at the address psa.heeros.com/accountID - Provide your login information:
- Account ID (you will only be prompted for your Account ID if you’re logging in via the site psa.heeros.com)
- Username, which is your email address
- Password
- Click Login.
The program will now open in your browser.
Log in with two-factor authentication
- Access the address psa.heeros.com.
If you already know your company's account ID, you may navigate directly to your company login page at the address psa.heeros.com/accountID - Provide your login information:
- Account ID (you will only be prompted for your Account ID if you’re logging in via the site psa.heeros.com)
- Username, which is your email address
- Password
- Click Login.
- Open your authenticator application and enter the single-use code sent for your login.
- Click Login.
The program will now open in your browser.
Log in with a Microsoft account (SSO)
When logging in to Heeros PSA with your Microsoft sign-in credentials, your username must be identical to the email address used for Microsoft account. If your username for Heeros PSA is different, you may change the email address tied to your account by first logging in through regular login, and then changing your profile settings to have the email address match to your Microsoft account. If the email address matches your Microsoft account, then you may log in through the Microsoft service.
- Access the address psa.heeros.com.
If you already know your company's account ID, you may navigate directly to your company login page at the address psa.heeros.com/accountID - Click Login with a Microsoft account.
- Follow the instructions on the redirection site, where you are asked for your Microsoft sign-in credentials and provide the necessary permissions for services unaffiliated with Microsoft if necessary.
- In the event that your log in does not happen through the account specific log in site, provide the Account ID specific to your organization. You need to do this step only once, after this your Microsoft account is linked the account ID you are using.
- Click Login with a Microsoft account. If you’re enabled two-factor authentication, the program may ask you to authenticate your login with a connected device.
The program will now open in your browser.
