Description
With the help of subscription management tools, updating active licenses or the application version is easy in Heeros Small Business versions. The admin user can make the desired changes independently, without contacting customer service.

Make changes to the application version
The admin user can change the application version in use easily, without contacting customer service.
- Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription
The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the application version as follows:
- Press the Update plan button on the view
- Under Plans Available, select your desired billing interval, either Monthly or Yearly
- Select the version you want from the list and press Continue
- Select the number of licenses, check the price to be paid and select Confirm
- If the payment method has not already been added, add it in the next step and select Continue
- The new version is available immediately
Change the number of active licenses
If you are using a Small Business version for which you can get several user licenses (Growth or Business), the admin user can change the number of licenses in use independently.
- Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription
The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the application version as follows:
- Press the Update plan button in the view
- Under Current Plan, press the Update quantity button
- Select the desired number of licenses and press Confirm
- In the Growth version, the maximum number of licenses is 3
If the selected number of licenses is less than the number of active users in the application, some users must be locked the next time the application is used. The number of users cannot exceed the number of active licenses.
Change the billing interval
Changing the billing interval can be done in the same way as changing the application version:
- Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription
The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the billing interval followingly:
- Press the Update Plan button in the view
- Under Plans Available, select your desired billing interval, either Monthly or Yearly
- Select the version you want from the list and press Continue
- Select the number of licenses, check the price to be paid and select Confirm
- The new version and the billing interval are updated
