Manage subscription and licenses (charge by card payment)

With the help of subscription management tools, updating licenses amounts or PSA plan is easy. The admin user can make the desired changes independently, without contacting customer service.

• If the number of users increases, you can buy new licenses to create new users. 
• If the number of users decreases, you must first lock users. Once the desired number of users is active, you can then reduce the number of licenses accordingly.

PSA plans: Free, Growth, Business, Enterprise (charge by card payment)

Change PSA plan

The admin user can change the PSA plan in use easily, without contacting customer service. Usually this is done when more features are needed or the user amount grows. Read more about our plans here. 

1. Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription

The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the application version as follows:

1. Press the Update plan button on the view
2. Under Plans Available, select your desired billing interval, either Monthly or Yearly
3. Select the version you want from the list and press Continue
   
   
4. Select the number of licenses, check the price to be paid and select Confirm
   
   
5. If the payment method has not already been added, add it in the next step and select Continue
6. The new version is available immediately

Change the number of active licenses

If you are using a PSA plan for which you can get several user licenses, the admin user can change the number of licenses in use independently. Please note that some of our plans have restrictions in user amounts. 

If the selected number of licenses is smaller than the number of active users in the application, you will need to lock the required number of users during the next use of the application. The number of active users cannot exceed the number of licenses.

1. Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription

The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the application version as follows:

1. Press the Update plan button in the view
2. Under Current Plan, press the Update quantity button
   
3. Select the desired number of licenses and press Confirm.

Change the billing interval

Changing the billing interval can be done in the same way as changing the application version:

1. Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription

The subscription management dashboard opens in a new view. You can change the billing interval followingly:

1. Press the Update Plan button in the view
2. Under Plans Available, select your desired billing interval, either Monthly or Yearly
   
   
3. Select the version you want from the list and press Continue
4. Select the number of licenses, check the price to be paid and select Confirm
5. The new version and the billing interval are updated.
