Manage subscription and licenses (charge by card payment)

With the help of the subscription management tool, you can change the license amount in your current plan or change to a new PSA plan or billing interval. The admin user can make the desired changes independently, without contacting our customer service.

• If the number of users increases, you can increase the number of licenses to create new users. 
• If the number of users decreases, you must first lock users. Once the desired number of users is active, you can then change the number of licenses accordingly.

PSA plans: Free, Growth, Business, Enterprise (charge by card payment)

Change PSA plan or billing interval

You can change the PSA plan when more features are needed or the user amount grows. Read more about our plans here. 

Changing the billing interval (monthly or yearly) can be done with the same tool. 

1. Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription. The page opens in a new view.
2. Click the Update plan button.
   
3. Under Plans Available, select your desired billing interval, either Monthly or Yearly.
4. Scroll to your desired plan and click Continue.
   
   
5. Under Changing to, select the desired total number of licenses, check the price to be paid and click Confirm.
   
   If the payment method has not already been added, add it in the next step and select Continue. The new plan is in your use immediately.

Change the number of licenses in current plan

If you are using a PSA plan for which you can get several user licenses, the admin user can change the total number of licenses in the current plan independently. Please note that some of our plans have restrictions in user amounts. 

Note! If the selected total number of licenses is smaller than the number of active users in the application, the admin user will need to lock some users during their next use of the application. The number of active users cannot exceed the number of licenses.

1. Go to Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription. The page opens in a new view. 
2. Click the Update plan button.
3. Under Current Plan, click the Update quantity button. (Please make sure to choose the current plan, otherwise the whole PSA plan in use will change.)
4. Select the desired total number of licenses and click Confirm.
