In the time management settings, it is possible to activate the company-level functionality of submitting and revoking own hours. In this case, the users decide when they submit (send) their time entries to be approved by the project manager/supervisor. Without this setting, the users' recorded hours are automatically visible for the project manager/supervisor.
In the time management settings, it is also possible to determine whether invoicing is possible before the approval of hours.

Submit hours
After recording work hours, a blue button Submit Hours appears at the top of the Time Tracker views.
- Click the Submit Hours button.
- A window will appear showing how many hours can be submitted for the selected time period.
- If there are other hours to be submitted outside the selected time period, you can easily submit all hours by clicking Select All.
- Click Send.
Revoke hours
If necessary, you can revoke (return) the submitted hours for editing. This is possible before the project manager or supervisor has approved/rejected the hours. The revoked hours will change back to the Waiting state.
- Click the Revoke Hours button.
- A window will appear showing how many hours can be revoked for the selected time period.
- If there are other hours to be returned outside the selected time period, you can easily return all hours by clicking Select All.
- Click Revoke.
