The latest version of our PSA and Small Business software will be updated on Wednesday, December 14th 2022 at 18:00 (UTC+2).
A break from using the software is recommended around the time of the update because temporary issues can appear during it.
Here's what's new:
It is now possible to increase the information security of using the application even more by activating two-factor authentication. When activated, the user needs to verify their log in with a single-use code, that's sent to their authentication application of choice. Two-factor authentication is an important security measure that ensures only the real user has the access to their account, even if somebody manages to gain access to their password.
Two-factor authentication is a user-specific setting that can be activated in the My profile section of settings. Read more here.
A new event log section is now visible for admin users in the settings view. This section contains a searchable list of events that have happened inside the application: in the first version, admin users are able to see events from changes in settings, invoices and projects. We will keep increasing the coverage of the event log after the launch, so it will keep getting more extensive.

Revenue recognition by account report improvements
It is now possible to view projects with no existing recognition in the revenue recognition by account report. The report has also been improved by adding in new project-related columns: deal value, pipeline & it's latest change date and the non-recognized value of a project.

Accounting view on bills
A new accounting view has been added to the bill view, making it easy to manage the accounting information of all bill rows at once.
Hourly rates improvements
Importing an account's hourly rates to a project has been improved, and now all of the account's rate changes can be transferred to a project easily by clicking the "Import" button on the project card. In addition, a possibility to clear all hourly rates at once has been added to both the account and the project card.
Procountor integration now supports multiple accounting dimensions instead of only one.
