From the project card’s statistics view, you get a convenient overview of the status of a project or a project tree (incl. subprojects) in one place. The statistics open to the right of the project’s basic information, or on a narrow screen below the information. The view brings together all the key figures for the project related to sales, invoicing, hours, and activities. You can reorder sections and hide unnecessary sections.

Edit view
From the Edit view button in the upper-right corner, you can choose which sections are shown in the statistics view. The selection is saved in your browser cache, meaning it stays the same on all project cards you view.
Projects
If the project is part of a project tree, i.e. a subproject or it has subprojects, a Projects box is shown at the top of the statistics. Here you can, by filtering and ticking, select the projects in the tree whose figures you want to review in the statistics.
Key figures
First, in the key figures section, select via the Edit content button (by ticking and saving) which figures you want to track for the projects.
- Deal value: the tax-free value of the quote, or a manually entered project sales value. The estimated deal margin and the deal margin percentage are also shown.
- Invoiced: the € value of sent sales invoices. The real-time value of invoice drafts and waiting invoices is also shown.
- Billable materials: the € value of billable project material that has not yet been invoiced.
- Project value - invoiced: the figure and chart show whether, so far, you have invoiced more or less than the planned deal value. When the figure is 0, your project has been fully invoiced according to its sales value.
- Invoiced + billable materials: the figure and chart show whether more or less invoicing is still coming than the planned deal value.
- Backlog: tells how much of the deal value is still to be executed. Calculated with the formula: Deal value - Invoice material value (invoiced and not yet invoiced)
- Tracked hours: tracked hours, and their comparison to budgeted and allocated hours.
- Budgeted hours: the total number of hours budgeted for this project. If resourcing is in use, the share of hours allocated for employees is also shown.
- Expenses: the € value of approved expenses. The real-time value of waiting expenses is also shown.
- Travel expenses: the € value of approved travel expenses. The real-time value of waiting travel expenses is also shown.
- Net profit: how much margin remains for the project when the internal hourly cost of work hours and the total of bills, travel expenses, and expenses are deducted from its income (= sent sales invoices).
- Gross profit: how much margin remains for the project when the total of bills, travel expenses, and expenses is deducted from its income (= sent sales invoices).
- Budgeted gross margin: how much margin remains when the estimated total of work hours and bills, travel expenses, and expenses is deducted from the quote value.
- Budgeted sales margin: how much margin remains when the estimated total of bills, travel expenses, and expenses is deducted from the quote value.
- Actual gross margin: how much margin remains when the project’s actual costs are deducted from the quote value. Actual costs take into account manual cost adjustments made on the quote.
- Actual sales margin: how much margin remains when the project’s actual costs excluding hours are deducted from the quote value. Actual costs take into account manual cost adjustments made on the quote.
Users' hours
The list shows the hours allocated (if resourcing feature in use) and tracked for the project, itemized by user. If hour approval is in use, waiting hours are included in tracked hours.
Quote selling price vs. invoicing
In the list, you can compare the estimated invoicing prices of materials by quote row type to the realized invoicing prices. The list also shows the sales price of scheduled invoicing and automatic invoicing vs. realized invoicing.
- Budgeted selling price: Sales price estimated on the quote
- Selling price: Actual sales price (in the actual costs view)
- Own cost: Realized internal hourly cost (in the actual costs view)
- Budgeted vs. selling: Difference between estimated and realized sales price
- Invoiced: How much of the material has already been invoiced with sent invoices
- Can be invoiced: How much of the quote sales price is still uninvoiced.
Quote budgeted costs vs. actual costs
In the list, you can compare the estimated costs of materials by quote row type to the actual costs.
- Budgeted cost: Costs estimated on the quote
- Actual cost: Realized internal hourly cost (in the actual costs view)
- Variance: Difference between estimated and actual cost
- Remaining cost: How much of the costs estimated on the quote has not yet been realized.
Uninvoiced material by type
Here you can see the total amount of the project’s uninvoiced invoicing material by type, broken down either monthly, quarterly, or yearly. When invoicing material has been raised to a waiting or sent sales invoice, it is no longer shown in this list. You can see more detailed information for a period by hovering the cursor over the chart. See also the Billable materials section below.
Invoices overview
Here you can see the totals of the project’s sales invoices by status, broken down either monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can see more detailed information for a period by hovering the cursor over the chart.
Activities
Here you can see the number of the project’s activities by status, so you get a quick overall view of activity progress. From here you can also add a new activity to the project. More detailed information about activities is available on the Activities tab.
Billable materials
This shows, row by row, the € value of the project’s billable but not yet invoiced project material. In other words, the list shows which project material still does not have a sales invoice created for the account. From the upper-right corner of the view, you can choose whether to review all material types or only specific ones.
Unbilled hours
This shows the hours tracked for the project grouped by job type and user, as well as a breakdown of which hours are billable and what their billable value is.
