From Tuesday, October 18th, 2022, PSA's (formerly Taimer) application support will be part of Heeros application support. Along with the update, we are able to offer our customers higher quality and more comprehensive application support as well as enable further development of our services.
The update will come with slight changes in the operations and schedules of the service channels. You can find the changes below:
Service request form: 24/7
Phone support: weekdays at 9-11 & 13-15
Live-chat (for PSA admin users): weekdays at 9-11 & 13-15
Help Center will be Heeros Help Center in the future. Through the Help Center, you can find the software's user manuals, service and version releases and service request forms. You can access the Help Center through the software.
Service request form
Please be in contact with our application support primarily via the service request form. With the help of preliminary information, cases can be handled significantly faster. You can find the service request form through the chat window or at the top right section of the Help Center.

The chatbot offers help articles based on search terms. If the instructions do not help, please contact us primarily by filling out the service request form. In urgent cases, you can contact our expert via live-chat (available for PSA admin users, service hours mentioned above).
