With the product import tool, you can import an existing product list into the program or mass update information for existing products. This is done using an XLSX file. Empty file template can be downloaded from the settings page.

Product Import
New products will only be imported to Products-list, not to CPQ:s or catalogs.
- Go to section Settings > Feature Settings > Products.
- Click Import products.
- Choose your desired file and Continue.
- Match the columns in your file (on the left) to the corresponding fields in the program and choose the importable data with a green arrow.
Green arrow: data will be imported.
Gray arrow: data will not be imported. - Click Continue.
- If there are errors in the data, the program will notify you automatically.
- Click Import.
Mass update of products
Product information is updated only in the Products list, not in CPQ:s or catalogs.
- If only part of the products need to be updated, first filter the desired products using the Product Group or Add filter menu.
- When only the products to be updated are displayed, select them and click Export button on the right.
- Edit the desired data fields in Excel and save the file.
- Go to PSA's Settings > Feature Settings > Products > Import Products.
- Select the desired file and click Continue.
- Select the green arrow for Product Code and for the fields you updated in Excel (e.g., if updating the sales price of products, select the corresponding field with a green arrow). Select the gray arrow for the fields you do not want to update. Ensure that the column names on both sides of the green arrows match so that the data is updated in the correct field in PSA.
Green arrow: data will be updated.
Gray arrow: data will not be updated.
Click Continue. - The program will automatically notify you of errors and duplicates. If the error message is "Product with code already exists in Heeros PSA," choose Update existing products.
- Click Import. The program will indicate how many products were successfully imported, i.e., updated.
