Description
Quick and easy invoicing capabilities or the possibility to create versatile/complex invoicing contracts are some of the key aspects of our application. The costs targeted to projects are automatically utilized as invoicing material – for example tracked hours, the sales quote, travel expenses and other expenses. With our invoicing feature you'll be able to create your invoices with ease, either one by one or in bulk. With these invoices you are able to charge project costs from your customers according to contract or create a so-called blank invoice without using the invoicing material.
The blank invoice differs from a project invoice in a few ways:
- It lets you create an invoice without selecting a project or having any invoicing material..
- It doesn't require an existing customer – you're able to create a new one directly from the blank invoice view.
With the invoicing material you are able to see the true income, expense and margin numbers by project. Project invoices can be generated according to the contract with your customer (the sales quote) or according to an invoicing schedule defined in our application. In addition, billable working hours can be included as invoicing material to project invoices.
Blank invoice:
- Invoice the customer without a defined project.
- Create an invoice without invoicing material.
- Create a new customer on the go.
Project invoice:
- Create an invoice based on invoicing material: hours, subcontracting, travel and other expenses, scheduled invoicing, automatic invoicing.
- Define the timespan to choose invoicing material from.
- Creating a customer on the go is not possible – you'll need an existing customer and project.
You'll be able to send the invoices to your customers via the financial management program of your choice. We have an existing integration possibility to many of them: Heeros, Procountor, Netvisor and Talenom.
Permissions: Invoices, projects
Versions: Heeros PSA, Heeros Small Business
Blank invoice
Blank invoice is a great way to generate an invoice when the customer or project you want to invoice doesn't have any invoicing material. When you target a blank invoice to a project, you'll see the sales profits as a part of the project's data.

Project invoice
Project invoices provide a way to create invoices quickly and with ease based on tracked hours, scheduled/automatic invoices or other costs targeted to a project on a specific timespan. In your project's invoicing settings, you're able to define the types of costs that will show up as invoicing material. By using project invoicing you'll not only see an overview of the project's costs and profits but also be able to predict future revenues. In addition, you'll keep on track with a project's profitability by following it's actual profits and costs.
When creating a project invoice the addresses, language and currency defined in the project's settings will be automatically brought to the invoice creation view. These are all values that are also manually editable per invoice.
