Taimer is now Heeros
New product names
Taimer is now part of the Heeros product portfolio! The software now has a new look and feel and from now on, it will be known by new names:
Heeros PSA is the new name for the old Enterprise, Sales Management and Project Management versions.
Heeros Small Business is the new name for new Free, Growth ja Business versions. Heeros' new versions are part of a new business model that is targeted for small businesses with 1-10 seats.
The Taimer-name will gradually disappear from the software. You may still see it in some places within the software or Help Center articles, but in the upcoming updates, the software will be integrated into the Heeros product portfolio.
New look and feel
A new, fresher look and feel can be seen throughout the software, with the biggest color changes seen in the left-side navigation bar that is now lighter. All features and functions can still be found in the same places as before.
The Taimer is now Heeros -update will continue also during upcoming version updates. Make sure you get notified about all our releases. In case you have not received our latest e-mails about future changes, you can contact customer service.
Print Preview to invoices and sales quotes
We have added a new print preview function to sales quotes and invoices. This will give you a preview step before printing and/or sending invoices and sales quotes.
Print language and date format can also be edited in the preview mode.
Email Sending of Invoices and Quotes
You will also be able to send invoices via our email client. Invoices sent by email are automatically marked as sent.
This feature is a good alternative for invoices that are not sent electronically.
Sending quotes by email is now also possible. Before sending, you can add your proposal. The new wizards will help you progress in your work.
Statuses to Sales Quotes
We added statuses to sales quotes. Statuses can be managed manually and automatically.
The new feature allows you to manage all your leads by status, giving you a clear overview of your leads' progress.
Client collaboration: Sales Quote Receiver
Something we are really proud of in this release is our latest addition to the sales quote feature.
We are launching an all new collaboration tool to get your sales quotes automatically approved by your clients.
The sales quote receiver will get an email containing your sales quote.
By opening the link in the email, your client will be able to approve or decline the sales quote. The actions are communicated to the software and the sender.
New reports and report changes
Sales report: We have added a new sales report that you can group by salesperson or account. You can get information about your sales figures based on, for example, project status or stage of the sales pipeline. The report can also be easily exported to excel.
Task report by hours: From the new task report, you can get information on how hours are divided between different tasks. You can group this report e.g. by job types or task types.
Billable rate improvement: When needed, the billable rate report can also show users who do not have any hours logged for the selected timespan.
