Account ID is the name of your company's customer base.
Username is your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please see the following instructions.
- Go to login page
- Click on Forgot password? Click here link.
- Enter your email address connected to your account. You can also give your account ID in case you have many Heeros PSA accounts. If account ID is not given, password will be reset for your all accounts.
- Click Submit.
Follow the instructions in the email you received. If you do not find an email to change your password, please also check your spam folder.
The email arrives with the title "Your new Heeros PSA password" (regular login)
or "Verify password reset" (two-factor authentication or Microsoft login).
If the email is not found, please contact your company's admin user, who can reset or change the password for you in PSA user settings.
