Account ID is the name of your company's customer base.
Username is your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please see the following instructions.
- Go to login page psa.heeros.com
- Click on Forgot password? Click here link.
- Enter your email address connected to your account. You can also give your account ID in case you have many Heeros PSA accounts. If account ID is not given, password will be reset for your all accounts.
- Click Submit.
- Follow the instructions on the screen and in the email you received.
If you do not find the email message, please also check your spam folder.
If the email is not received, please contact your company's admin user, who can manually change the password for you in the program's user management settings (unless two-factor authentication is enabled).
