Please make sure that the browser's URL address starts with psa.heeros.com (other Heeros applications' login pages cannot be used for PSA).
Account ID is the name of your company's customer base.
Username is your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, please see the following instructions.
- Go to page psa.heeros.com
- Click on Forgot password? Click here link.
- Enter your email address connected to your account and click Submit. (You can also give your account ID in case you have many Heeros PSA accounts. If account ID is not given, password will be reset for your all accounts.)
- Follow the instructions on the screen and in the email you received.
If you do not find the email message, please also check your spam folder.
If the email is not received, please contact your company's admin user, who can manually change the password for you in the program's user management settings (unless you have enabled two-factor authentication).
