Getting started with Heeros PSA is quick and easy with these 6 steps.

1. Update your profile and company details
After logging in, navigate to your profile in the top right corner of your Heeros PSA account. Here you can access the settings, Help Center and see which PSA plan you are using. Read more about personal settings and company settings.
2. Download and activate mobile apps
Download the Heeros PSA apps (Heeros PSA, Taimer Chat) from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and activate the mobile apps by following the instructions given.
3. Add other users and set up permissions
Navigate to Settings to add new users, create user groups, and to grant feature specific permissions.
4. Add a new account (customer)
Read how to add new customers. You need to have a customer first in order to add a project.
5. Add a new project

In PSA, the same project goes through different sales stages from creation to closure, for example from lead to closed project. You can also manage internal projects.

6. Create and send an invoice
You can create an invoice using a blank template or based on the project material, for example hours, products, bills, expenses, and sales quotes. You can even set up scheduled and automatic invoicing for your ongoing projects.
