Description

Taimer's project management system allows you to create new external and internal projects and manage won deals effortlessly. Adding a new project is possible from several different places in Taimer.

You can add billable and non-billable projects in Taimer and view and process them from the project card.

Create a new project

You have several options to create a new project in Taimer.

Option 1. From the Projects page

1. Choose Projects from the sidebar
2. Click the + Add Project button in the project list
   

3. Fill in the project information on the project card
   

Option 2. From the List View

1. Choose Projects from the sidebar
2. Click the green + button
   
3. Fill in the project information in the columns
   
4. Save by clicking the green icon at the beginning of the line

Option 3. From the Kanban view

Projects > All > View: Kanban

1. Select projects Kanban view
   
2. Select the funnel/pipeline for which you want to add a new project
3. Click Add project at the bottom of the stage if you want to add a new project to that stage.
   
   
   
4. Fill in the project information on the project card
5. Click Save

The project is saved on the funnel stage from which it was added. You can change the stage when editing project.

Define e.g. project invoicing details, project team members and customer contact persons from the Project Overview.
