Description
Upload files and attachments to your project and customer card for storage and sharing.
If you want to add files to the customer card for internal use, you can do it in the customer card. The maximum size of one file is 5 MB. In addition, a certain overall size for all attachments has been defined for the installation. If the total number of attachments is getting full, the maximum size can be significantly smaller for a single attachment. In case of problems, you can contact customer service. Attachments can be images, Word, Excel or PDF files.
Permissions: Projects, Project attachment / Accounts, Account attachment
Downloading the file to the customer card
Contacts > Accounts > (Chosen account) > Details > Attachments
- Drag and drop the file or click Choose a file
Uploading a file to a project
Projects > All | Pipeline | Won deals | Internal projects > (Chosen project) > Details > Attachments
- Drag and drop the file or click Choose a file
Deleting a file
Account: Contacts > Accounts > (Chosen account) > Details > Attachments
Project: Projects > All | Pipeline | Won deals | Internal projects > (Chosen project) > Details > Attachments

Click (...)-icon next to the filename

Click Delete.

You can also click on the file name.
