Heeros PSA lets you add new accounts in multiple different ways.

Description
You can add new customers in Heeros PSA from several different places and adding is also possible during other functions, for example when adding a project (both from the project list, project card and kanban view), when adding an invoice, from the working time dialog, when adding a resourcing task, when adding a travel and expense invoice. The customer information of Finnish customers is retrieved from the Suomen Asiakastieto.
Permissions: Accounts
Add an account from the header
The header bar is always visible on the top of the page.
- Navigate to the Add New tab in the header.
- Click on Account.
- Update account details in the Account card.
Add an account from the Accounts page
Contacts > Accounts > Add account
- Navigate to the Accounts feature from the sidebar.
- Click on Add Account or the green + icon to add a new account.
- Update account details in the Account card.
Add an account from the Projects page
You can create a new account at the same time as you are adding a project in Tamer. To do this:

Navigate to Projects > All in the sidebar

Click on Add Project or the + icon

Update account details in the account card
Add an account from an invoice
Heeros PSA allows you to create a new account when creating an invoice. To do this:

Navigate to Invoicing > Invoicing from the sidebar

Click on Add invoice

You can download the Heeros PSA apps on your iOS and Android devices. To add an account:

Go to the Heeros PSA Project management and CRM app

Click on the + icon
