Description
Adding the hourly pricelists on the customer and project card in accordance with the agreements helps the creation of project invoices with the agreed prices.
Editing of hourly pricelists is generally the same for both customer and project cards. As an exception, several pricelists can be created for the customer card, one of which is active and can be downloaded to the project card. The project card, on the other hand, can be used to add a different professional title for each user.
The price information added to the project and customer card overwrites the hourly price defined in the settings.
Hourly price lists consist of three elements:
- Jobtypes: Jobtypes are determing factors for hours defined in the settings. Jobtypes can be used in reports, pricing and determing hours. The jobtype is a mandatory information in adding hours.
- Professional titles: Professional titles can also be used in the determing and pricing of hours. Professional titles can be defined in the settings and users are added to the Professional title groups in the settings. Professional titles can be, for example, SKOL classes, etc. In the professional titles section, you can also define a so-called unusual professional title, where the user is assigned a professional title for the project that differs from the basic settings.
- Users: In the Users section, you can define the hourly price per user used for the project.
In a situation where account and project pricing has prices defined for jobtypes, professional titles and users, the following rules are followed:
- The hourly price for users overwrites the professional title and the prices defined for the jobtype.
- If the user does not have a price, the price of the professional title overwrites the price of the jobtybe
- If neither the user nor the professional titles have prices, Heeros PSA uses the price defined for the jobtype.
