Activities are used to track project-related meetings, phone calls, emails, etc. Activities can be created in advance as reminders for upcoming tasks or afterward as a log of events. For example, activities can help project managers monitor sales activities, set deadlines, and track progress. Notifications for new or due activities can be set to appear within the system or sent via email.
You can get an overview of all your activities from the Activities section on the Front page. Activities can also be viewed in BI reports on the Front page, in New reports or from project, customer, user and contact person cards.

Adding an activity
When creating a new activity, remember to update the following details:
- Set an activity date (in past or upcoming)
- Choose the type of activity- note, email, call, etc.
- Add a description
- Set a due date, if activity is in future (optional)
- Select the account/project
- Choose the user or the activity owner
- Add the contact person
Add activities from the top bar
- Navigate to the right corner on the top and + icon.
- Click on Activity.
Add activities from the account card
- Navigate to Accounts > select the account
- Navigate to Details > Activities
- To add a new activity, Click + - icon.
Add activities from the project card
- Navigate to a Project from the Projects page/Pipelines
- Navigate to Home and select Activities from the list.
- Click + icon to add an activity.
Add activities from the user or contact person card
- Go to Contacts > Contact persons or Staff > select the person
- Choose the tab Activities
- Click the green + icon to add an activity
Add activities from the Team Chat

Navigate to Heeros PSA Chat in the header next to your profile

Go to Projects

Choose the discussion/project for which the activity needs to be created.

Click on the ellipses symbol (...) next to a message

Click on Activity.
