Description
You can integrate your Google or Microsoft Outlook Calendar with Heeros PSA and Small Business to manage and view your calendar entries in Heeros PSA and Small Business. In this article we walk through available functions. You can read more about activation from activation articles: Google or Microsoft Outlook.
Adding or editing calendar events
After a calendar activation, you can add or edit your calendar events directly from application.

Go to Integrations > Calendar.

To make your own or other calendar visibile in the calendar view, select a desired calendar either from Own calendars or Other calendars section.

Click calendar to add a new event.

One click on the existing event allows you to edit the event in the application interface.

Double click on an existing event opens a new window to edit the event in the Google Calendar view.

Enter information for an event:

Title
-
Date
-
Time
-
Location
-
Participants: A list of your application users. You can also add other people outside your company typing an email address and pressing Enter key.

Calendar: Select a calendar to which you want to add an event.

Click Save.
You can edit an event by clicking the event in the application calendar once. Information opens to the slider and is available for modification.
Adding a time entry from the calendar event
You can add new time entries from the calendar event.

Go to Integrations > Calendar.

Click an event once. Double click would open the event in the calendar interface.

Click Options.

Click on Create a time entry to create a time entry for the event.

This opens a new dialog box where you can update the details for the time entry.

Click Save.
You can see the time entry in your Time Tracker.
Adding an activity from the calendar event
You can add new activities from the calendar event.

Go to Integrations > Calendar.

Click on an event once. Double click would open the event in the Google calendar interface

Click Options.

Click on Create activity to create an activity from the event.

This opens a new dialog box where you can update the details for the activity.

Click Save.
You can see the scheduled activity in the Project Details page.
