The QuickBooks integration can be used for sales invoices.
Permissions: Admin (activating the integration), Invoicing
PSA plans: Growth, Business, Enterprise, Enterprise+
Integration setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations > All integrations > QuickBooks > Activate.
- You will be redirected to the QuickBooks sign-in page.
- After authentication, you will be redirected back to PSA and the integration will be available.
Sales invoices
Sales invoices are sent from the invoice list by selecting the invoices to be sent and choosing Print & Export > Send to QuickBooks.
