Manage subscription and licenses (charge by invoice)

If we charge you by card payment instead of an invoice, see the instructions here. 

The Admin user can make changes to the number of PSA licenses under Settings > Your Subscription.

• If the number of users increases, you can buy new licenses to create new users. 
• If the number of users decreases, you must first lock users. Once the desired number of users is active, reduce the number of licenses accordingly. 

Manage Licenses

1. Go to: Settings > Your Subscription > Subscription.
2. Click Manage Licenses. A new window will open. 
3. Enter the new total number of licenses. (Note: Some of our plans have user number restrictions, e.g., Enterprise min. 5 users)
4. Accept the terms of use by ticking the box.
5. Confirm the order by clicking the Buy button.

The number of licenses will be updated in the program immediately. An automatic message is sent to our invoicing department, which will check the number and price of licenses on your invoice.
