Set the hourly rate for job types/professional titles at the account level and project level
Description
Work-hour pricing hierarchy determines the hourly rate at which work hours are invoiced.
Hourly rates can be selected for all your customers based on 3 variables: hourly rate/user, hourly rate/job type and hourly rate/professional title.
You can even set the hourly rate at the account level or the project level for specific accounts or projects. The pricing of invoiced work hours follows a hierarchical structure, i.e. pricing rate set at the project level takes precedence over the pricing set at the account level.

Setting an hourly rate for a user
You can set the hourly rate for a user from the User profile or specify the hourly rate for the user at the account level or project level.
Note! The pricing module follows a hierarchy structure. The user's hourly rate set at the project level takes precedence over the price set at the account level. If no hourly rate is set at the project or account level, the default pricing set for the user in the user profile will be applicable.

Update the User price per hour
-
NB! The User's internal hourly cost is different from the User price per hour. As opposed to the User's internal hourly cost, the user price per hour is the rate at which you will invoice the client if you choose to invoice by price per user. Filling in the User's internal hourly cost is important if you want to monitor the internal costs for hours. Basically, when the user tracks their hours, you can compare your internal costs for tracked hours versus the budgeted costs based on the external price if you invoice per-user rate.
