Account default settings
Settings > Company details > Account default settings
Set the default settings for your company.
- Default language and default currency used for invoicing.
- Print languages: Languages in which printouts from quotes and invoicing can be printed.
- Your company's financial year. The program automatically configures the reports according to the month you select.
- Automatic logout is useful if a user forgets to log out or locks their computer.
Settings > Company details > Address
Here you can add your business address and contact details. These details will be displayed on your invoices so it's important to keep them updated.
Bank account & invoicing
Settings > Company details > Bank account & invoicing
Add the bank account that's shown on the invoice. You can add several accounts and choose a primary account.
Add your company's e-invoicing details if you have a contract with an e-invoicing operator and integration with another invoicing program.
Settings > Company details > Default notifications
Set default notifications that are automatically selected for all new users. Each user can, if they wish, define different notification settings for themselves in My profile > Notifications.

We recommend you upload your company logo here. The logo is shown on the invoice, sales quote, cover letter, and other reports.
