Description
In this report, you can see the scheduled invoicing and automatic invoicing for your company on a monthly level. You can also use the report to predict: choose the offered pipeline projects and you'll see the scheduled invoicing of won deals with the offers.

1. Where to find the invoicing reports
You can find the reports by clicking Reports in the upper left-hand side in the top bar. In the Reports view, click the drop-down menu Invoicing. Here you can find different kinds of invoicing reports:
Show report by invoicing type
You can select both scheduled and automatic invoices together or show them separately. You can also show all projects that haven't had any automatic invoicing at all. This helps with finding discrepancies in won deals.
Use the report for predicting invoicing
To the search you can add offered pipeline and see scheduled invoicing so that there are opportunities + scheduled and automatic invoices of won deals.
2. Functions, searches and exporting to Excel
Advanced search
You can also filter information on the report by clicking Add filter on the right-hand-side. You can filter the following information on the invoicing report by:

You can also save the search criteria by clicking Save search.
Export to Excel & Additional options
Additional options
On the right-hand side, you can edit the report by clicking the eye icon and add closed projects and projects on hold to the report.
Show sub-unit in a column
Behind the eye icon, you can also choose to show sub-units on the report.
This is useful in exporting and arranging the reports because it puts the main and sub-units in their own columns.
You can export the report to Excel by clicking the button next to the eye icon to edit the report as you wish.
3. Scheduled invoicing reports by account
In the invoicing report Scheduled invoicing by account, you can have a look at account-specific scheduled invoicing on a monthly level. In the dropdown menu, you can choose the company, financial year, account and a saved search if you wish. Account, invoiced total and monthly invoicing figures will be shown on the report.
4. Schedule invoicing reports by project
In the invoicing report Scheduled invoicing by project, you can have a look at project-specific scheduled invoicing on a monthly level. In the In the dropdown menu, you can choose the company, financial year, project and a saved search if you wish. The account, project, project types, project categories, invoiced totals and monthly invoicing figures can be seen on the report.
