Description
Add a qualified lead to a pipeline and move them across the different stages of the sales process.
Permissions: Admin / Pipeline access
Add a new lead from the header
The header bar is always visible on the top of the page. To add a new lead:

Navigate to the header

Click on Add New

Click on Lead

Navigate to the Funnel tab below. Choose the pipeline to which you want to add the lead to

Update details in the Account card on the right
Add a new lead from the Sales Pipeline
You can add leads from the Sales Pipeline page. You can add a lead either from the List view or the Kanban view.

Navigate to Sales > Pipeline

Select the List view

Choose the pipeline from the Funnel

Click on the green + icon

Update the details in the new row
Add a lead from the Kanban view

Navigate to Sales > Pipeline

Select the Kanban view

Choose the pipeline from the Funnel

Click on Add Project in a card

Update the details in the card
Note: You can also add a new lead by clicking on the green Add Project button in the header. This will automatically take you to the default pipeline that is selected in the pipeline settings. Choose the right pipeline before creating the new lead.
Closing a deal
The Kanban view gives you a visual progress of the lead across the different stages of the pipeline. Click on a card to drag and drop it across the different stages.
You can edit the existing stages and progress percentage for the stages or add new stages by clicking on New Stage.
You can close the lead as won, lost or put them on hold. Leads that are closed as won will automatically move to the Won Deals pipeline.
