You can view a list of your projects' tasks in a resourcing list view. You can manage tasks individually or as a mass.

Searching and filtering resourcing task list view
Search
You can filter tasks by company (in case of multicompany Heeros PSA) date range, account, project, funnel, user and team.
View menu
From view menu, you can filter task list based on following options:
- Show ongoing tasks: Tasks with status in progress are shown on the list.
- Show overdue tasks: Tasks with status overdue are shown on the list.
- Show completed tasks: Tasks with status done are shown on the list.
- Show milestones: Milestone tasks are shown on the list.
- Show whole trees: Whole project tree is shown on the list, including main and all subprojects.
- Show matches and their children: Only projects and their subprojects are shown on the list, not full project trees.
Task rows' functions
You can select functions from three point view shown in the beginning of the each row. Depending on a task, following functions are available:

Edit task
- Mark task completed
- Mark your part of the task as done
- Move task to new user
- Delete
Managing tasks individually
Clicking on the name of the task opens a side window where you can edit the information of the task.
The information in some columns can also be edited directly in the list. For example, in the Progress column, you can manually enter information about the progress of the task.
Tasks' mass editing
You can edit multiple tasks with mass edit tool.

Select desired tasks from the list. Select all by clicking select box from the header row.
- Click Edit.
- Select a property to edit and based on the selected property, select on of the shown options.
- Click Confirm.
- Confirm editing and select recurring task's editing in case you have selected recurring task.
- Click Confirm.
Task's mass deleting
You can delete multiple tasks with mass edit tool. Note that deleted tasks cannot be returned.

Select desired tasks from the list. Select all by clicking select box from the header row.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm deleting by clicking Delete.
Export to Excel
You can export all or selected tasks to excel.

Select desired tasks from the list. Select all by clicking select box from the header row.
- Click Export.
Exported excel file will open for handling based on your browser's file downloading settings.
Adding a task
You can add a new task from Grid, Gantt, task list or from Heeros PSA main add menu.

Click New task.

Select project, that the task is added to.

Select type, if enabled.

Select Parent task, if you're adding a sub task to an existing task.

Write a Description. This will be displayed as the task name in all views.

Write an Internal note. This internal message will only be displayed in the resourcing view.

Select Priority, if enabled.

Select Date range.

If you want to define a specific time of day, select Book specific hours and select the time.

Define allocated hours, the total number of hours resourced to a task.

If you do resourcing on user level first, you can click Update resourced h to get a sum of resourced hours to allocated hours field.

If needed, define a recurring task by clicking repeat.

Assign a user to the task. You can select either a single user or a team. In case of a team, a list of users in the team will be added to the task.

Assign resourced hours for each user by adding hours or click Share hours evenly to divide allocated hours between users. Use this function when exactly the same amount of hours are needed for each user.

Click on Save.
