You can import account data from another software to your Heeros PSA account.
Importing contact persons is not available in the program at the moment. If needed, please contact our customer support in order to buy this service from us.

You can import your existing accounts to Heeros PSA with an excel file instead of adding them manually. Note! The program doesn't check doubles so the same customer should appear in the list only once. You can import one contact person per customer, whose contact information is found on the same customer row.
- Navigate to Settings > Feature settings > Account > Import accounts
- Click Import accounts
If you don't have the excel yet, you can download the import file from Download file template. - Upload XLSX file from your computer and Continue. Loading the next step may take a while if the file is large.
- Choose the financial software integration that will be used with Heeros PSA.
- The program shows all the importable fields from your excel on the left and the corresponding fields from Heeros PSA on the right. Choose and match the fields before importing. Click on the arrow if the data should not be imported (grey arrow = not imported). Continue.
- The program validates the data and tells you if errors were found. Choose from the given actions or start the import again with updated data.
Fields explained:
File errors: Existing accounts with the same Business ID will not be imported.
Skip errors: Heeros PSA will not import rows with errors.
Update existing accounts: Enable tab to update existing accounts. - Click Import. You will see a summary of the import.
