DocuSign Integration

• Activate integration 
• Send a document from Finago PSA to DocuSign

You can send PDF files from PSA to DocuSign for electronic signing. 

Permissions: Admin (activating the integration)
PSA plans: Growth, Business, Enterprise, Enterprise+

Activate integration 

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > DocuSign > Activate.
2. Once you have a DocuSign account, add your existing username and password.

Send a document from Finago PSA to DocuSign

Here's an example how to send a document to your customer.

1. Create a sales quote and print it as PDF. 
2. Save the PDF as attachment to the project card. 
3. Click the three dots in front of the attachment row. 
4. Select Send with DocuSign.
5. You will be redirected to DocuSign where you can add the required fields to the document.
6. After the file is sent to the recipients, the DocuSign status of the attachment in Finago PSA will change to Sent.
7. You will receive an email notification when the recipient signs the document or edits it.
