Creating a product registry in PSA simplifies invoicing, as each product or service does not need to be manually written on the invoice lines. Products can be directly added to quotes, scheduled invoices, and invoices with unit prices, improving project cost and profitability management. Product reports allow tracking the sales of services and materials. Products can be grouped into categories and subcategories, managed by the admin through product settings.
