Once a project invoice is saved, two default reports can be added as PDF attachments: hour report or invoicing history report.
If you are invoicing hours tracked for a project, you can attach an hour report PDF to the sales invoice. The report can display hours as summaries by user and project, or with detailed breakdowns. You can customize the report's content and columns.
If the project has already been invoiced before, you can attach an invoicing history report PDF to the sales invoice. The report shows invoice numbers, dates and total sums of the previous invoices.

You can click the three dots in front of the attachment to View or Delete the report from the attachments.
Note: You can add a new version or multiple time reports to the same invoice.
Adding an invoicing history report to an invoice
Once you have saved an invoice for a project, that has already been invoiced before, you can add an invoicing history report as PDF attachment by clicking Add invoicing history on the right.
After a few seconds the report file will appear to the Invoice attachments section.
You can click the three dots in front of the attachment to View or Delete the report from the attachments.
The report includes the history data based on the time when it was added. If you create more invoices for this project later, the already added report will not be updated.
