How to view multiple Pipelines in different views in the Sales Insights
Description
Many companies need multiple Sales Pipelines to manage their different sales processes. Heeros PSA offers the possibility to view multiple Pipelines in one view.
Why analyse multiple sales pipelines in one view?
When you’re selling different products, or you’re targeting different types of markets, viewing multiple sales pipelines at once can help you look at the sales processes in the bigger picture, in all its nuances.
Say you have different sales processes for inbound and outbound sales, or for direct deals and partnership deals. You can create separate pipelines, with different deal stages for each pipeline.
Benefits of multiple pipelines
-
Opportunity views are listed based on the pipeline, making it easy for related sales teams to view their Opportunities.
-
Sales teams handling services and products wish to maintain them separately as the approach towards closing the deal is different.
-
Different Product Offerings. Each Product sale can have its set of stages to sell it through.
-
You may also want to track the onboarding of clients after the sales have closed.
-
Likewise, you can track deliveries and installation required at the customer once the deals have closed.
