Heeros PSA's BI-reporting tool offers advanced visual and contextual sales insights on your pipelines and won deals that ensures you never miss an opportunity and empowers you to close deals faster.

How to access sales insights

Navigate to BI-reporting from the sidebar

Click on Sales Insights

Navigate to the Pipeline Leads icon in the right top corner
What kind of insights can you access?
Click on the toggle button in the header to access two important sales-related data points.

Pipeline Leads: here you will find data on all the leads (opportunities) available in your pipeline(s)

Projects | Won Deals: here you will find data on all the leads that were marked as won (billable or invoiceable projects)
Pipeline Leads
You can tailor your search by choosing the relevant year, time period, pipeline and sales agent. and Add filters to further refine the results.
Get a complete overview of your leads data grouped by their creation date. Click on the boxes to open the slider with more detailed insights.

Click on the pipeline dropdown to select the pipeline

You can view the total projected revenue and the probable closing value for the different stages of the pipeline

Click on the figures in the table to open a slider with detailed insights on the specific stage

Pipeline by Stage & Expected Close Date
Get a month by month visual overview of the different stages of the pipeline. Click on the figures in the chart or the table to view detailed revenue insights on the closing deals for the different accounts in each stage.
Project Type
Get insights on your leads classified by their project type. Click here to learn more about project types.
Project Category
Get insights on your leads classified by their project category. Click here to learn more about project categories.
Pipeline Leaderboard
Get insights on your teams performance. View pipeline leads value and probability for selected timeline vs. previous period. Click on table row to dig deeper and view slider with data.
