We updated Finago PSA to a new version on Thursday 22.10.2026. The update includes the following improvements and fixes:
Improvements
Project custom field improvements
Project custom fields have been improved when creating and editing projects. All custom fields are now displayed already during project creation, and required fields are validated when the project is saved.
Clearing date range filters
Several list and search views now allow you to clear individual date range filters directly from the X button in the field. This makes it easier to adjust search criteria, as you no longer need to remove all selected filters at once.
Expense list performance improvements
The expense list has been optimized to improve performance, especially when working with large datasets. Sorting, filtering, searching, and exporting data continue to work as before.
Improvements to copying time entries
Copying time entries by dragging has been improved. Entries can now be copied by holding down Ctrl (Windows), Option (macOS), or Alt, depending on the operating system. Entries can also be copied by dragging directly from the copy icon without using a modifier key.
Fixes
Invoicing dashboard filter fixes
We fixed filtering issues in the Invoicing dashboard. Filters based on customer, customer tag, customer group, or advanced customer search are now correctly applied also to the sections displaying uninvoiced materials by type and by project. If no data matches the selected filters, the sections will now appear empty instead of showing unfiltered results.
Netvisor invoice rounding fix
VAT rounding calculations on invoice rows have been improved. This ensures that invoice totals match the sum of the invoice rows in PSA, on invoice PDF documents, and in data sent to Netvisor.
Draft invoice description row fix
We fixed an issue where description rows added to draft invoices could become duplicated or appear in the wrong order when saving the invoice. Description rows are now preserved correctly also in draft invoice printouts.
Invoice printout translation fixes
We corrected translations used in the Print and Export function on the invoice list. Texts related to previously invoiced materials and material date ranges are now displayed in the invoice language.
Employee hours report fix
We fixed a display issue in legacy hours reports where some employees' hours could appear as empty rows in the browser. The information is now displayed correctly in all supported browsers.
Dimension field visibility fix
We fixed an issue where dimension fields could be displayed even when the dimension feature was not enabled. In multi-company environments, field visibility is now correctly determined based on the settings of the selected company.
HubSpot integration quote pricing fix
We fixed an issue in the HubSpot integration where a quote row's unit price could be multiplied by the quantity when receiving updates from HubSpot. The fix prevents new incorrect prices from being created. Existing rows that were affected before the fix are not automatically corrected.
