We updated Finago PSA to a new version on Wednesday 25.02.2026. Here's what was fixed and improved:
Improvements
More flexible filtering in account and invoice lists
You can now select multiple account types and invoice statuses at the same time, making it easier to find the items you need.
Optional hours‑and‑minutes display in the calendar
A new personal setting lets you show time tracking headers in hours and minutes instead of decimal hours across calendar views.
Internal invoicing notes now transferred to Fennoa
The “Note to invoicer” field on sales invoices is now included when exporting invoices to Fennoa, ensuring internal information is available directly in the receiving system.
Fixes
Improved reliability of Excel exports
Excel exports across lists now generate consistent columns with complete and accurate data – no more unnecessary duplicate columns.
Purchase order PDF prints now show all rows
Printed, long purchase orders no longer leave out the last item rows. PDF output now always matches what you see on screen.
Currency display now correctly follows the company being viewed
Prices and currency fields in some settings and project view fields are now correctly shown based on the company you are looking at — not your own company settings (only Enterprise+).
