Here are a few reminders regarding the use of the Finago PSA software at the turn of the year:
Exceptions to service hours
Our customer service will be unavailable on the following days:
- Dec 24-26 on Christmas week 🎅🎄
- Jan 1 on New Year's Day 🎉✨
- Jan 6 on Epiphany Day
Updates to yearly settings
- Holidays: We have updated Finnish holidays to the program for the next 4 years. If necessary, your admin user can change the holidays to suit your company's policies.
- Travel expense settings: Your admin user must define the annual amounts for mileage allowances, daily allowances and other reimbursements for travel expenses in the program settings so that the correct amounts are used for travel expenses in 2026.
Changes to Finnish VAT rates effective Jan 1, 2026
The VAT on goods and services subject to the Finnish reduced VAT rate of 14 percent will be reduced to 13.5 percent as of January 1, 2026. The VAT rate used will generally be determined by when the goods are delivered or the service is performed. If this VAT rate appears on your sales or purchase documents, please make the necessary updates to the settings and project materials in the program yourself.
