We updated Heeros PSA to a new version on Thursday 25.09.2025. Here's what was fixed and improved:
New user reports 📊
A new "Users" module has been added to new reports! This module gives you quick access to detailed user-level data, including billable rates, utilization rates, and hour balances. You can also create and save your own custom report templates directly in the report gallery, making it easier to build and access the reports you need at any time. To see the new report module, proper permissions need to be added.
Other improvements and fixes
Time tracking
- Saving hour entries no longer fails in some rare cases when a user has a non-default expected daily hour rate.
Invoicing
- The status filter of the invoices list is now reset correctly when the "Clear filters" button is pressed in the list view.
New reports
- If loading a report fails, a separate error view is now shown.
General UI/UX
- General performance of the site loads of the application has been improved.
Integrations
- Error messaging of the Fennoa integration has been improved.
- Behavior of purchase invoices fetched from integrations has been improved, when the invoices include discounts or credit rows.
