We updated Heeros PSA to a new version on Wednesday 10.09.2025. Here's what was fixed and improved:
Invoicing
- The invoicing e-mail address of an account is now selected by default as a recipient when sending an invoice via e-mail.
- Some performance optimizations have been made to make the invoice list load data faster.
New reports
- Account and project custom fields from different companies are now merged together as one column, if the name and the type of the field are same (only Enterprise+ clients).
- Some performance optimizations have been made to make the reports work better with large datasets.
Expenses
- When expenses are opened from the Notification Center, they no longer incorrectly open in a travel expense view.
General UI/UX
- An unnecessary "Change color" tooltip and pointer cursor have been removed from the color indicators of the favorite project list of the hour calendar view, as changing project colors is no longer supported there.
- An unnecessary "Delete" button has been removed from the mass edit toolbar of the hours approval list, if the user doesn't have the permission to delete hour entries.
Integrations
- Project information is now correctly sent to Merit Aktiva with sales invoices.
- Incorrect sales agent information is no longer sent to HubSpot when updating project data.
- Project information is now correctly sent to Procountor with expenses and travel expenses.
- The invoice error indicator of Heeros Sales Invoices is hidden from the account and project card invoice lists.
