With the SFTP integration, sales invoices can be sent from Finago PSA to an external SFTP server as Finvoice 3.0 XML files.
Finago does not provide SFTP servers for customers.

Activating the SFTP integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations > SFTP > Activate
- Enter the required information: your SFTP server's IP address, Username, and Password
- Fill in the optional information Folder path if invoices are to be transferred to a location other than the server's root folder.
Integration settings
Add Sales accounts and Default sales account if you want the information to move in the invoice transfer in the XML file field RowSellerAccountText. The sales account can be selected on an invoice row basis.
Add Dimensions and Default dimension if you want the information to move in the invoice transfer in the XML file field RowAccountDimensionText. The dimension can be selected on an invoice row basis. The integration only supports the use of one dimension type.
Sending sales invoices
- Sending sales invoices is done by selecting the invoices in the sales invoice list and clicking Print & Export > Send via SFTP.

The status of the invoice first changes to Sending and after a successful transfer to Sent.
- If the status does not change (e.g., after half an hour), the invoice has been stuck in the sending queue. This may be due to incorrect integration settings or a service disruption. You can try sending the invoices again if necessary. Please contact our application support if needed.
