As part of the merger between Heeros and Accountor Software, some changes will be made to our IT systems between June 13–16, 2025.
Kindly note the following impacts on our contact channels during the mentioned time period:
Heeros email downtime on Fri, June 13 from 5 to 6 PM
There will be a scheduled downtime of the email server on June 13 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (EEST). During this time, emails sent to Heeros addresses may not be delivered. If you receive a delivery error message, kindly resend your email to us later.
PSA customer support chat unavailable on Mon, June 16
Our support chat will be unavailable on Monday, June 16th. You can reach us via the service request form or email. Please note that the changes may cause some delays in processing service requests.
Meeting invitations will renew automatically
If you have received meeting invitations from the Heeros organization, you will receive automatic cancellations and new invitations with updated Teams meeting details. We kindly ask you to accept the new invitations, as the original meeting links will no longer be valid after June 16, 2025. If you have any questions, please contact the meeting host (the person who sent the invitation).
