You can use the sales quote directly as a basis for creating scheduled invoices, without having to re-enter details into the program again. If desired, you can also choose to add only certain quote rows to the scheduled invoices. Once the scheduled invoices are created, the same rows from the quote cannot be invoiced again. First, make sure from the project card invoicing settings that the project is a billable project.

Adding scheduled invoices from the whole sales quote
- On the quote, go to Options > Create scheduled invoices.
- A new window will appear on the screen. Define the Invoice date.
- Description, Total, and VAT will be automatically filled in from the quote data. Check the data.
- Percentage is by default 100%. If you wish to schedule multiple installments (e.g., invoice the quote in two stages), select Add another installment, and redefine the percentage breakdown if needed. The percentage is calculated from the total quote sum.
- Activate Show rows separately for each installment if you want each quote row to create its own installment on the same day (otherwise they will be combined as one).
- Click Create scheduled invoices. You will find the created installments on the project page Finances > Scheduled invoicing.
