Xero integration can be used for sales invoices. https://www.xero.com/uk/

Activate the integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Xero > Activate > Connect to Xero
- You will be redirected to Xero's website. Login with your Xero credentials.
- Next the website will show you what data PSA wants to access with this integration. Click “Allow access“ button.
Get contacts
Note: Contact can be person or company in Xero.
By clicking Get contacts PSA fetches list of all active contacts from Xero.
If contact has a tax number that is already in PSA, PSA's account is linked with Xero’s contact with Xero’s contact ID. If contact doesn’t have tax number at all then PSA compares contact names.
If either tax number or contact name does not exist in PSA, the new contact will be added to PSA.
Contact can be both customer and supplier so in that case a relation is created for both account types, as long as default customer and supplier types are defined in PSA settings. If contact does not have account type, it will always be added as customer.
Sales invoices can be sent to Xero from invoice list by selecting invoices you want to send and selecting Print & Export > Send Xero. Sent invoice will be in draft status in Xero.
Invoice row can have item code and sales account code but they are optional.
If customer does not have Xero ID yet in PSA, new contact will be sent to Xero before the invoice is sent.
Attachments: max 10 attachments and each can be up to 3 Mb in size.
Payments for invoices are fetched every morning. When an invoice is fully paid, status of the invoice is set to Paid.
