With the integration you can send sales invoices from Finago PSA to Ropo.
Permissions: Admin (activation of the interface), Invoicing
PSA plans: Growth, Business, Enterprise, Enterprise+
Activating the integration
- Make an agreement with Ropo if one does not already exist.
- Request the following information from Ropo to activate the interface: 1. Customer ID (CID) 2. API code.
- In PSA, go to Settings > Integrations > All integrations > Ropo > Activate.
- Enter the authentication information you received and save.
- Select the default delivery method for invoices.
Using the integration
Sales invoices are created in the usual way. After activating the interface, invoices can be sent from the top of the sales invoice list via Print & export > Send to Ropo.
Once the invoice has been transferred to Ropo, Ropo will change the invoice bank account number and reference number so that it can handle due date monitoring and, if necessary, provide payment reminder and debt collection services. Ask Ropo customer service for more information about their services and pricing.
Invoice payment transactions are retrieved from Ropo to PSA once a day during the early morning hours.
