SOLVED: SERVICE RELEASE UPDATED Feb 20: The situation arose as we were making updates to our backend systems to comply with standard requirements, during which problems occurred that appeared as network disruptions for some of our customers. To restore service, the updates were immediately rolled back upon detection of the issues, but due to the system's structure, the fix was delayed for some of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
We will conduct the mentioned update after conducting new testing in the near future. We will implement it outside of office hours and inform in advance of any service disruptions.
