We are updating our Heeros PSA application to a new version on the evening of Wednesday, February 7, 2024. The update will bring the following fixes and improvements:

Expenses and travel expenses are getting a major update

The expense and travel expense functionalities of Heeros PSA are getting a refresh: the update includes lots of fixes and improvements that make managing expenses clearer and easier than ever before.

• Lots of improvements to the management of expenses and travel expenses
  • Features and functionalities have been unified throughout the user interface
  • Several quality and usability improvements
• We have unified the views of expenses and travel expenses to be in line with other PSA features
• We have enabled the addition of expenses and travel expenses through a wizard
  • This change allows creating expenses and travel expenses in steps, making it easier and clearer

The new, usability-improved, and interface-updated expense and travel expense functionalities will be available for you on the evening of Wednesday, February 7, 2024. You can read more about the use of the updated views in the Help Center:

Other fixes and improvements

• The project status filter in the account card's financial report now works correctly in all cases.
• Deleted accounts are no longer shown in the "Account" dropdown menu in the "Add contact" view.
• Expenses and travel expenses are now correctly targeted to months in the "Profit and Loss" dashboard according to the expense date and the travel expense end date.
• The buttons at the top of the boxes on the "My Day" dashboard now work correctly in all cases.
• The internal hourly rate of a user is now correctly displayed on the user list in all cases.
• Performance improvements have been made to the "Bills" view.
• The total duration of hour entries is now correctly shown for all entries at the top of the day columns in the hour entry calendar.
